My name is Dominic Damas, founder of Peak Performance and a personal trainer based in Windsor, Ontario.
I started training in 2019, and since then, I’ve helped clients build strength, lose weight, improve confidence, and create routines they can actually stick to. My coaching style is structured, realistic, and focused on proper form so you feel comfortable and confident in the gym.
